Rafael Lozano-Hemmer is one of the most acclaimed urban artists in history. His brilliant interactive installations, which encourage the participation of audiences of all ages, are works that marvelously mix architecture, theatrical technology and performance. Electronic and digital art come together in his creative process to question our isolated and connected society. MEGALODEMOCRAT, shot for more than 10 years in 30 cities around the world, explores that radically democratic quest for public space by offering intimate access to his large-scale interactive creations in cities such as London, Vancouver, El Paso/Ciudad Juárez and New York.

Benjamin Duffield is a Montreal-based filmmaker who works both sides of the street, directing and editing fiction and documentary films. He has created award-winning film and television for the Canadian and American markets.
